Your order will be shipped directly from the factory to your address.

Please note: In case of customs delays or inspections in the UK or your local country, any time that the parcel remains under review by border authorities is not included in the estimated delivery time.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend that you first contact Royal Mail or your local postal service to check for any updates or pending customs clearance.

If the postal service confirms they do not currently hold your parcel, please get in touch with us immediately so we can investigate the issue with our suppliers.

Once a logistical issue with your shipment is confirmed, we will issue a full refund for your order — no questions asked.

Your tracking code will be sent to your email between 5 to 10 working days after your order is confirmed.

If you placed your order using bank transfer or manual payment options, please be aware that processing times may take up to 5 working days before the order is confirmed.
