Customs and Import Fees
According to international shipping standards and customs regulations, small personal imports are often exempt from taxes or duties, depending on the declared value and the destination country’s specific laws.
Most of our products are priced well below the usual customs thresholds, which significantly reduces the chances of any additional charges or delays during importation.
However, in rare cases, your package may be subject to customs inspection or local taxes/duties depending on your country’s import rules. These charges are typically assessed by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.
If your parcel status indicates "Held at customs" or "Customs issues", it may be undergoing routine checks or waiting for tax clearance in your country. In such cases, we kindly ask you to:
-
Monitor the tracking regularly via our tracking tool.
-
Contact us immediately if you receive a notice or are unsure how to proceed.
We are happy to assist and guide you in resolving the situation and, where possible, help you minimise any unnecessary charges.
⚠️ If taxes or import duties are ultimately required and unavoidable, they are the responsibility of the final customer.
Once your order is released from customs, we will request shipping priority from our logistics partners to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
